In a bid to promote healthy eating habits and environmental sustainability, Bright Riders School has embarked on a groundbreaking initiative – organic farming right on campus! Students and faculty alike are rolling up their sleeves to cultivate a diverse array of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, fostering a deeper connection with nature and the food they consume. Under the guidance of Mr. Ismayil and with the eager participation of students, Bright Riders School's organic farm is thriving with a diverse range of crops.
From the sturdy bottle gourds to the vibrant tomatoes, from the hearty brinjals to the pungent basil, the farm patches are a testament to the abundance of nature's bounty@BRS. From the humble bottle gourd to the vibrant tomatoes, our school's organic farm patches boasts an impressive lineup of produce. Students can now feast their eyes on the lush greenery of bitter gourds, the vibrant hues of okra, and the plump tomatoes ripening on the vine. Brinjals, Gongura leaves , String beans, Holy basil, and Drumsticks complete the colorful palette, offering a cornucopia of flavors and nutrients.
Moreover, engaging in organic farming fosters a sense of pride and ownership among students, as they witness the fruits of their labor blossom and thrive. By nurturing plants from seed to harvest, they gain a newfound appreciation for the food on their plates and the journey it takes from farm to fork. Looking Ahead, as Bright Riders School continues to champion organic farming, we look forward to reaping the rewards of our efforts – both in the classroom and beyond. Through initiatives like our organic farm, we aim to empower students to make informed choices about their health, embrace sustainable practices, and cultivate a lifelong love for growing their own food.
“Join us as we sow the seeds of
health and sustainability, one organic
harvest at a time!”
