Fostering a strong partnership between parents and schools is essential for creating a nurturing environment that enhances student achievements and well-being.
We not only invite parents to witness and celebrate the achievements of our children on occasions such as sports day, annual day & graduation day throughout the year we create several opportunities for parents to engage and participate in the school activities & programs.
We believe Open & Direct dialogue is the shortest path to resolution. To ensure a supportive environment and immediate grievance redressal, multiple communication channels are offered to parents. These include ongoing email correspondence, regular parent teacher meetings, direct emails to the concerned schools senior leaders.
By promoting open dialogue, BRS is committed to creating a collaborative atmosphere that enhances the learning experience for students, ensuring they thrive both academically and emotionally.
Parent representatives play an important role in positively connecting the parent community with the school. These are some key responsibilities.
1) Communication Support:
Parent Representatives reinforce the messages/communication between the school and the parent community. They are responsible for relaying key messages and encouraging positive engagement. However, it is important to note that they support and not replace the school’s established communication channels.
2) Uphold Standards & etiquettes:
Parent Representatives are expected to uphold the schools rules, policies and standards sincerely. They are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the parent community.
3) Direct Feedback:
Along with sharing unbiased, objective and collective feedback from the parent community, encourage the parent community members to share their feedback & grievances (if any) directly with the school so that their concerns are addressed promptly.
